With Barn Owl Cottage you really get to experience the perfect farm holiday experience. Situated in a beautfiul, peaceful, rural location of Lincolnshire you can relax in our stunning farm holiday cottage, surrounded by countryside and a well-stocked fishing lake.
Barn Owl Cottage has an enclosed gravel parking area with room for 2/3 cars. Once inside you will find a beautiful, well equipped kitchen leading through to a very spacious living area complete with dining table / chairs and spacious lounge with comfortable settees. French doors open from the dining area to an enclosed, secluded decked area complete with fantastic hot tub and outdoor dining furniture. Upstairs, you will find a luxurious king-size bedroom, a triple bedroom with 3 single beds and a bathroom, with shower over bath, sink and loo.
There is room for a cot – Please note: If you have a baby or toddler, stair gates would be advisable.
There is access to a washing machine and tumble drier if required (these are kept in a separate part of the building which is used on changeover days by the staff at Rural Roosts).
