We realise that many people are going to be looking forward to getting away and having a change of scene once restrictions are lifted, so have amended our policies in order to give you confidence when booking with us here at Rural Roosts.
Covid-19 Cancellation Policy
In order to reassure our guests, we are offering to either move holiday dates forward*, offer a credit voucher or offer a full refund for any booking which cannot be carried out due to government national or local restrictions. *price may vary as to the time of year.
Our policy does not cover bookings which are not able to be carried out due to you (or one of your party) falling ill with Covid-19 or being required to self-isolate. You may however, have your own holiday insurance that covers you in this event, or we offer insurance though ‘Booking Protect’. Deposit Free Bookings
We are still uncertain at present as to when the lockdown will end, so to help you book with confidence you can reserve a lodge without a deposit for any holidays / short breaks during April and May 2021.
When reserving online for these months, choose the bacs payment option allowing you to complete the reservation without a payment.
PLEASE NOTE; As soon as we have confirmation as to when we are able to re-open, we will require bookings to be secured with deposit / balance payments.
Holidays commencing June onwards can be booked as normal with a deposit of £100 to secure the booking, with balances becoming due 4 weeks prior to the holiday starting.
