We have welcomed a new Hereford heifer calf born last week (one month earlier than expected!) onto the farm.  She has been named ‘Snowflake’ by our niece who was with us on a snowy mountain in France when we were made aware of our new arrival at home!

As you can see, she is a very robust, sprightly little calf, despite her unexpected arrival!  We are preparing ourselves for more new arrivals at the end of February and the beginning of March.
